Hellstens Glashus is situated in Södermalm, Mariatorget – The heart of, what is today the most interesting, hip and popular area of Stockholm.
The old property has been complemented with new elements and colours to create groundbreaking and interesting architecture that attracts attention, standing out against the styles and facades of other buildings in the neighbourhood in general.
Some rooms boast spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows with French balconies while others have high ceilings and brick walls. Behind the unique, 7-metre glass facade you’ll also find a restaurant and bar.
The restaurant and bar is home to Stockholm’s oldest floor – the absolute bedrock of Stockholm – dating back some 1,900,000,000 years. The bar has been built around the plateau, forminga natural floor, which is something rather unique in Stockholm and the world.
